Hi, I'm Racheli — baker, artist, entrepreneur, and the heart behind With the Drip and With the Bakes. But long before the frosting and the flour, there was a kid in New York City who couldn't stop creating.
Growing up in NYC inspired me from day one. I was surrounded by good energy, hustlers, and community — people chasing their dreams on every corner, building something from nothing. That energy never left me. It's in everything I make.
Art Was Always the Beginning
My love for art started young — drawing, painting, and exploring every medium I could get my hands on. From large-scale wall paintings to the tiny canvas of henna designs and nail art, I've always believed that art lives everywhere. It's in the colors, the textures, the details most people walk past. And it turns out, it's definitely in baking.
When I first looked at a cake and wondered, can I actually do this? — that was creative curiosity talking. But what I found was a gift: baking is a science experiment mixed with an art project, and I was hooked.
Built on Knowledge, Driven by Love
I didn't just jump into this — I built it properly. With a degree in business management and a manager's food handling license, I've gone through multiple courses to educate myself on food safety, food processes, and the design elements most people can't even detail. Because when you're building a brand, you don't cut corners — you master the craft.
More Than a Bakery
With the Drip started it all, and With the Bakes grew from there — a family of talents that includes custom cakes, cake toppers, art pieces, stickers, labels, and even the photography behind it all. We're an all-in-one team, and every piece is crafted with care.
When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm traveling — collecting inspiration from every corner of the world and bringing it back to my work. Because art doesn't stay in one place, and neither do I.
My Truth
When you love what you do, you don't mind sharing it with the world. And when you love yourself, you don't care what anyone says — because it's you doing it all, not them.
