Digital Products (eBooks)

All eBook and digital product purchases are final sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

📦 Returns (Physical Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items only. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (physical items only)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Incorrect

You must contact us immediately upon delivery so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once approved

🌍 European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, no questions asked.

Items must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

💳 Refunds (Physical Items Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
